At OneStop Export, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in the quality of our products and are committed to providing a return process that is simple, fair, and transparent.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include:

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund, depending on the situation and product availability.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email our support team at Contact Us with:
    • Your order number
    • Reason for return
    • Supporting images (if applicable)
  2. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you detailed return instructions along with the return address.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we made a shipping error.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges for eligible items, provided the desired product is in stock. If not available, we will issue a refund.
